Changing/Cancelling Orders

How to Download the Bill/Receipt?
After successful payment, the system will send the orderdetails (Order Confirmation) to your email address. The order details willinclude the order number, order date, product details, delivery arrangements,and total payment amount.
Upon completion of the order, you will also receive theinvoice (Invoice) via email. If you need it for reimbursement purposes, werecommend checking with the relevant department or institution before placingthe order to confirm if the order details or invoice can be used.
