Delivery Policy

General Matters
The company reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the company's decision shall be final. By using the services of the company, you signify that you have read and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The company accepts VISA, Mastercard, Alipay Hong Kong, WeChat Pay, and PayMe. All orders will be settled in Hong Kong dollars.

Special Arrangements Due to Inclement Weather
Delivery services will be postponed in the event of typhoon signal hoisting, red or black rainstorm warning, or when it is deemed unsafe to proceed with self-pickup at the housing estate collection point. The company will contact you to reschedule the delivery.

Warehouse Self-Pickup
No minimum threshold is required.
Free use of warehouse self-pickup service.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Pickup Arrangements and Methods
General orders will be prepared within 1-2 working days.

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification with a pickup code. Please collect your items within the specified pickup period, otherwise, the order will be invalidated.

Free Storage Period:
Customers can enjoy free storage for up to 5 days starting from the day after receiving the pickup notification.

Extended Storage Period (Overdue Storage):
After the free storage period, customers will be charged a storage service fee for up to 5 additional days starting from the day after the end of the free storage period. The storage service fee is charged at HK$10 per item per day.

If the customer fails to collect the items within the free storage period due to personal reasons, the warehouse reserves the right to charge a storage service fee starting from the 6th day after the arrival of the items. Otherwise, the items will not be released. If the items remain uncollected beyond the extended storage period, collection will be discontinued on the 11th day without further notice. Late pickups, cancellations, or refunds will not be accepted.

Monday to Friday (18:00 - 20:00)
Excluding public holidays

Terms and Conditions

For warehouse self-pickup, there is no minimum purchase requirement.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified, canceled, refunded, or changed to a different pickup point.
Each order can only be delivered to a single self-pickup point.
Warehouse self-pickup orders will be prepared in sequence after confirmation. General orders will be prepared within 1-2 working days. Please refer to the arrival notification for the pickup status.
Once the items are ready for pickup at the warehouse self-pickup point, the pickup notification will be sent to the phone number provided during order confirmation. The company shall not be held responsible for any delivery failure due to incorrect input or pickup by others.
The "Free Storage Period" starts from the day after the pickup notification is sent and lasts for 5 days, during which free pickup is allowed. The "Extended Storage Period" is a maximum of 5 days starting from the day after the end of the "Free Storage Period," and the warehouse self-pickup point will charge additional fees for pickups during this period. (The "Free Storage Period" and "Extended Storage Period" are counted based on the days when the pickup point is open.)
Please collect your items within 10 days of receiving the pickup notification, otherwise, they will be treated as abandoned.
Please provide the "Pickup Code" for verification of the pickup contents. Only after confirming that the items are correct can you leave the pickup point.
The pickup time at each self-pickup point may be subject to individual adjustments. Please refer to the provided information.
In the event of typhoon signal hoisting, red or black rainstorm warning, or when it is deemed unsafe, the pickup service will be suspended, and that day will not be counted within the pickup period.
In case of any disputes, Hong Kong Express Smart Technology Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
